Our coffee is typically sold as whole bean to preserve freshness and flavour. Grinding fresh before brewing provides the best cup.
Single-origin coffee comes from one specific farm, region, or producer, allowing the unique characteristics of that origin to shine through in the cup.
Our collection includes a variety of roast profiles depending on the origin and flavour characteristics. Individual product pages provide roast information and tasting notes, but as a general rule we feature light to medium roasts to showcase the flavour of the beans.
Coffee is roasted in small batches to maximize freshness and flavour. We recommend enjoying coffee within a few weeks of opening for optimal quality.
Our coffees can be enjoyed using pour-over, drip coffee makers, French press, espresso machines, AeroPress, and more. Individual coffees may include recommended brewing methods.
Store coffee in an airtight container away from heat, light, and moisture. Avoid refrigeration to preserve flavour.
