HERB FARM & NATURE SANCTUARY
Immaculata Herb Farm is a medicinal herb farm and nature sanctuary located in the Otter River valley of Bayham Township in southwestern, Ontario Canada.
We manage over 280 acres of mature Carolinian forest, 10 acres of medicinal herbs and have converted over 50 acres of former farm land to native habitat including tall grass prairie, wetlands and deciduous forest.
Sales from our products directly support our continued regeneration of farmland to native habitat. Your support helps us protect Canada's wilderness!

CORE PURPOSE: ECOLOGICAL CONVERSION
Guided by Saint Raphael, Saint Hildegard, and the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Immaculate Conception, Immaculata Herb Farm is on a mission to spread the transformative spiritual potency of the healing herbs as a means of reconnection to the Creator and Divine Physician.
Inspired by the interconnectedness of human and environmental health we practice beyond-organic, ecological farming and ethical wildcrafting led by monastic, visionary herbal traditions.
We are committed to providing the highest quality medicinal, culinary and tonic herbs on the planet for the benefit of both human and environmental health, wellbeing, and resilience.
We take great care to ensure that all of the products we offer are comprised of only the highest quality, whole food ingredients.
HERB FARM
A few of the herbs we actively cultivate/ wild harvest are: Holy Basil, Yarrow, Sage, Pine, Reishi, Lion's Mane, Anise Hyssop, Elderflower, Lemon Balm, Mugwort, Hops, Rose, Lavender, Bee Balm, Linden, Skullcap, Passionflower, Spicebush, Red Clover, Nettles, Chamomile, Ashwagandha, Passionflower, Peppermint, Calendula, and many more.
NATURE SANCTUARY
With the ongoing support from groups like ALUS Elgin, ALUS Canada, and Long Point Conservation, we are able to continue our conservation work each year.
- To date we have restored over 50 acres of farm land to native Carolinian habitat with a particular emphasis on edible and medicinal plant species.
- We have planted over 30,000 trees, established wetlands, as well as tall grass prairie and pollinator habitat which provides an abundance of food and plant medicine imbued with the verdant energy of the wild Carolinian terroir.
We also work with local universities and organisations, by supporting scientific studies and research at the farm. From surveys for rare and endangered plants and animals, to measuring the immediate and longterm contributions of habitat conservation to clean air, clean water and biodiversity, these studies provide important information for researchers, ecologists, and policy makers.
