FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Herbal tea, often called a herbal infusion, is made by steeping herbs, flowers, roots, or other plant ingredients in hot water. Unlike traditional tea from the tea plant (Camellia sinensis), most herbal teas naturally contain no caffeine.
A simple method is: Add 1–2 teaspoons of dried herbs to a cup of hot water. Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes depending on the herb. Strain and enjoy. Roots, mushrooms, and tougher ingredients may benefit from a longer steep or gentle simmer.
Our herbal tea collection features only blends, however single herbs can be found in our Single Herb Collection.
Most herbal teas are naturally caffeine-free. If a tea contains caffeine, it will be clearly indicated in the product description.
Many people enjoy herbal teas as part of their daily routine. Because each herb is unique, it is always wise to listen to your body and use herbs in moderation.
Store your herbs in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture, preferably in a sealed container. Proper storage helps maintain freshness, flavor, and aroma.
Our teas are offered as traditional herbal beverages and culinary ingredients, not as medical treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
