Skullcap and linden flowers form the soothing foundation, relaxing tension and inviting calm. Passionflower adds a delicate floral sweetness and a gentle, balancing lift. Mugwort, revered for its connection to dreams, threads a subtle, herbal mystery through the blend, while hops provide a grounding depth and natural tranquility.

The flavor is soft and layered: light and floral at first sip, warming and herbal in the heart, finishing with a gentle, lingering calm that encourages reflection and restful sleep.
