Snow Chrysanthemum (Coreopsis tinctoria) is a rare herb native to the uninhabited Kunlun mountain range near Tibet sought after for its many health benefits, including reducing insulin resistance and normalizing blood sugar.
Last spring we planted the seeds and watered the sprouting buds of what is now our Snow Chrysanthemum tea. Combined with a full leaf organic Assam black tea, this scarlet-hearted golden flower embodies a floral, nutty, earthy caramel character that is at once balancing and uplifting.
