Gong Fu Style:
5 grams of tea per 100ml water
1st infusion: 25 seconds
add 5 seconds to following infusions
Can be steeped up to 9 times.
Western Style:
Mug (with strainer)
1 gram of tea per 100ml water
1st infusion: 1 minute 20 seconds
Can be steeped up to 3 times.
Pot
5g of tea per 250 ml water
1st infusion: 3-4 minutes
Water temperature:
Black, Oolong and Puerh teas can be brewed in 90*c - 100*c water
White Tea in 75*c - 85*c
Green Tea is more delicate and can be brewed in much lower temperature of 70*c - 75*c
