Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) is a plant of many uses and is steeped in folklore and history. Over 2000 years ago, Greek physician Dioscorides recommended the plant for lung conditions.
It can be prepared as a tea infusion, tincture, smoking blend, incorporated into candles and incense.
