How to use Holy Basil

As with most adaptogens, holy basil works best if consumed regularly over time. You can use our holy basil to make tea, spice blend, capsules, or tinctures.

Holy Basil can be used in a variety of culinary applications, such as a seasoning spice, flavouring for infused vinegar, herbal beers, kombucha, ferments, and much more.
